All of our items are shipped via USPS or UPS. We do not have any control over your package once we drop your package off to be shipped. You must contact USPS or UPS directly for any delayed shipments, missing packages, redelivery, etc.
All orders have a processing time takes 3-4 business days.
We ship all orders Monday thru Friday.
We offer a 14-day refund policy for all items that don’t meet your customer satisfaction in terms of quality. Simply email us at Arorahair@gmail.com to receive our address to return the items. And, please make sure to ship with tracking info.
We DO NOT offer refunds for length, pattern, or “changing of mind”.
Virgin Hair: Human hair that has never been chemically or mechanically manipulated.
Raw Hair: Raw hair, is by true definition, virgin hair. However, the hair industry has been flooded with all types of hair that the word “raw” needed to be incorporated to properly differentiate between real virgin hair, “raw”, and processed virgin hair.
Real virgin hair will come in 3 basic textures; Straight, Wavy, & Curly. Anything else is processed. Body Wave, Kinky Curly, Exotic Curly, Loose and Deep Wave are all examples of processed virgin hair.
The main advantages to having Pure Raw Virgin Hair are as follows:
Fuller bundles
Higher quality and longer lasting hair
Natural looking and flowing hair that blends with all hair types
Cuticle aligned hair. No matting
No chemical processing
Hair is purely from one person no blended lengths or hair additives.
Raw hair can also be steamed and categorized as raw hair. We carry both types.
The average person will need 2-3 bundles of hair if you are getting 10-16 inches long. If you are getting 18-28 inches we suggest that you get 3 bundles to be safe (if you are leaving your edges out all around, inches up to 20 you will only need two bundles). We also suggest that you get the bundles in layer lengths; an example would be 22,24 and 26. Anything over 30 inches you will need at least 4 bundles.
Treat the hair just like it was your own hair. Use good conditioner to maintain the quality. It is better to spray the hairs every three days in order to give the hairs nutrition and maintain them. (If you don’t use the hair spray, spray the hair, wait until it is dry, then put it into a plastic bag, don’t put it aside in the air. Before you use the hair, spray it as well using the comb to brush the hair starting from end, step by step to the top. Make sure to comb the hair gently.)
